Natalia D. Asbill-Bearor is an experienced labor and employment attorney who has litigated a broad range of matters through trial and arbitration.

Ms. Asbill-Bearor represents employees in all facets of employment law matters. She has considerable experience in representing employees in cases under California Civil Rights Department (sexual harassment, disability discrimination, religious discrimination, gender/gender identity discrimination, etc.), California Labor Law, including wage and hour laws, Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and California Family Rights Act (CFRA). Ms. Asbill-Bearor also represents employees involving whistleblowing and retaliation claims, including claims under California Whistleblower Act and various provisions of the California Labor Code. Ms. Asbill-Bearor represents employees in both the public and private employment sector.

Ms. Asbill-Bearor has extensive experience in assisting executives negotiate executive compensation packages and severance agreements.

Ms. Asbill-Bearor also represents employers in all aspects of employment matters, including advising employers on best practices to avoid liability under California wage and hour laws and California Civil Rights, and ensure they properly implement the numerous employment laws that govern the employment relationship within the State of California.
